Marketplace Role

Primez Cycle Market is an online platform that allows users to list, browse, buy, and sell cycling-related items. We are not a direct party to transactions between buyers and sellers.

User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for providing accurate listing information, honest product descriptions, clear images, correct contact details, and safe communication with other users.

Listings

All listings may be reviewed, approved, rejected, edited, hidden, or removed by the admin team if they violate platform rules, appear misleading, or are unrelated to cycling.

Featured Listings

Featured Listings are paid promotional placements. A Featured Listing costs AED 20 and remains featured for 7 days after successful payment and admin approval. After the featured period ends, the listing returns to normal visibility.

Payments

Featured Listing payments are processed through the available payment methods on the website. Payment does not guarantee approval if the listing violates platform rules.

Buyer and Seller Communication

Buyers and sellers are responsible for arranging inspections, payment, delivery, collection, and final transaction details safely and independently.

Prohibited Content

Users must not post fake listings, illegal items, misleading information, offensive content, spam, or items unrelated to cycling.

Limitation of Liability

Primez Cycle Market is not responsible for disputes, losses, damages, product condition, payment issues between users, or failed transactions outside the platform.
